Hari ini saya memperkenalkan enam orang guru baru. Kalau ikut pengiraan, tujuh belas orang lagi guru baru akan datang. Wow ! Ramainya. Pernah saya utarakan tentang tempat duduk guru-guru baru ini. Maklumlah, tidak ada pembangunan fizikal setakat ini. (Selain daripada blok baru tingkatan enam yang akan bermula bulan 12 nanti, Insyaallah). Maka pelan kontigensinya adalah mencari bilik-bilik lain yang boleh menempatkan adik-adik baru ini. Saya sendiri meletakkan KPI untuk penempatan guru ini sebagai; satu guru satu meja ( setelah membaca blog rakan guru yang meluahkan masalah tempat duduk guru). Cuma hakikatnya, guru-guru akan terpisah-pisah dan kurang berinteraksi kecuali dalam mesyuarat, di kantin, di padang atau di tempat-tempat lain.
Satu perkara yang menarik, salah seorang guru baru adalah bekas anak didik SMKTPG. Sebagai guru tentunya berasa bangga bila anak murid dah jadi guru. Dalam hal lain, ini menunjukkan yang usia dah semakin bertambah.
Walau bagaimanapun, suka diingatkan bahawa RAMAI ITU BUKAN ALASAN, RAMAI ITU KEKUATAN.
